Yes, you can change plans anytime from your subscription page. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. Once reached, you can either:

• Wait until next month (limits reset monthly)
• Upgrade to a higher plan immediately

Your existing links continue to work - you just can't create new ones until limits reset or you upgrade.

For every link, you can track:

• Total clicks - How many times your link was clicked
• Click timeline - When clicks occurred (hourly/daily charts)
• Geographic data - Where clicks came from (countries/cities)
• Devices - Desktop vs mobile vs tablet
• Browsers - Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
• Referrers - Where visitors came from (social media, direct, etc.)

Yes! When creating or editing a link, you can set a password. Visitors will need to enter the password before being redirected to your destination URL. Perfect for private content or exclusive offers.

UTM parameters help you track marketing campaigns in Google Analytics. When creating a link, add:

• utm_source - Traffic source (e.g., facebook, twitter)
• utm_medium - Marketing medium (e.g., social, email, cpc)
• utm_campaign - Campaign name (e.g., summer_sale)

These automatically append to your destination URL for Google Analytics tracking.

Yes! Every shortened link includes a QR code that you can download and use in print materials, presentations, or anywhere you want to make it easy for people to access your link via smartphone.

Yes! You can:

• Edit - Change destination URL, title, password, or expiration
• Delete - Permanently remove a link (it will stop working)

Note: You cannot change the short code/alias after creation.

Yes! Use our bulk CSV import feature to migrate links from Bitly, TinyURL, or any other service. Upload a CSV file with your URLs and we'll create short links automatically.

Yes! We offer a RESTful API for creating, managing, and tracking short links programmatically. Available on Pro plans and above. View API documentation

We collect anonymous click data including: timestamp, country/city (from IP), device type, browser, and referrer. We do NOT store full IP addresses - they're hashed for privacy.

Yes! You can export your links and analytics data anytime from your dashboard. We support CSV format for easy migration.

We validate all URLs before shortening and block links to known malicious sites. Users can also report abusive links. We take security seriously and act quickly on reports.

All data is stored on secure Canadian servers, ensuring compliance with Canadian privacy laws. We never transfer your data outside Canada.
